This was a difficult situation this time as I was using Car Shield (repair contract, which I have since cancelled) Midas bent over backwards to try to accommodate Car Shield’s regulations. If I wasn’t such a good customer of Midas, they would have refused to go along with the demands and headaches of dealing with Car Shield and asked me to go elsewhere.
